A proud Fort Worth native, Lynn Hammer brings more than two decades of experience in strategic relationship building, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership
Lynn began her career at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where she spent nearly 15 years advancing through various roles, including advertising specialist, columnist, and associate publisher of a specialty lifestyle magazine she helped launch. Her work focused on elevating local businesses and connecting with the heartbeat of the community.
Driven by a passion to make a deeper impact, Lynn transitioned into the nonprofit sector, serving as Vice President of Development for the American Heart Association of Fort Worth. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of the Foundation for the Young Women’s Leadership Academy of Fort Worth, where she led transformational fundraising initiatives to support first-generation college-bound students and championed leadership development programs for young women.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. She and her husband, Kevin, reside in Keller, Texas.
