5:30 p.m. Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction
7 p.m. Dinner and Program
Join us for an evening of raising funds to support adolescents and young adults with cancer.
Silent auction bidding is now open! And you don’t have to attend the event to bid!

We invite you to join us for an inspiring evening at our cancer fundraiser, co-chaired by Wendy and James Hunsaker and Kim and Paul Keiper, as we come together to raise funds and show our support for adolescents and young adults (AYAs) affected by cancer.
This event will be emceed by the dynamic Kadee Coffman—national television host, 2024 Fort Worth Chamber Young Professional of the Year, and a passionate leader within the Fort Worth community.
We’re thrilled to announce our Keynote speaker will be Jillian Williams Coffee, an Ewing sarcoma survivor, Paralympic Gold Medalist, founder of the Live n Leap Foundation, and mom to two-year-old Major.
Guests will enjoy a lively cocktail party, an exciting live & silent auction, and a seated dinner with an inspiring program.
We promise this cancer fundraiser is an event you won’t want to miss, so mark your calendar now for Thursday, September 25 as we raise funds to ease the impact of cancer on AYA patients and survivors today, while supporting vital research to develop better, less-toxic treatments so they can experience a healthier tomorrow.
We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support from our generous and underwriters for this year’s Hearts of Gold Dinner and Auction.
Due to your incredible enthusiasm, we’re thrilled to announce the event is officially sold out!
To accommodate our growing community, we will be moving to a larger venue next year.
While all tables are now reserved, we’d love for you to join us by making a contribution in lieu of purchasing a table. On the evening of the event, we will also be posting the link to our incredible silent auction and we invite you to bid on the many wonderful items from the comfort of your own home!

Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) cancer survival rates haven’t improved in the last 40 years. In 2010, Carley Rutledge, the inspiration behind Rutledge Cancer Foundation, was diagnosed with stage IV Ewing sarcoma, an aggressive bone cancer. Two years ago she lost her battle at age 27. RCF has worked tirelessly to make a difference for AYA cancer patients and their loved ones.
Each year, nearly 90,000 AYAs ages 15–39 are diagnosed with cancer in the United States, including approximately 500 right here in the DFW area. That’s eight times the number of pediatric cases, yet AYAs have historically received far less attention and support. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve been able to bridge this gap – providing vital resources, funding groundbreaking research, and offering compassionate care to patients and their families. Together, we are changing lives and inspiring hope for a brighter future.
