Join Moncrief Cancer Institute, Cancer Care Services and Rutledge Cancer Foundation for a hands-on cooking experience focused on fresh, flavorful summer meals designed to support your health and wellness. This class will highlight simple, realistic ways to prepare nourishing meals using smart ingredient swaps and healthier substitutions without sacrificing taste, time, or budget. After class, we’ll head over to MELT Ice Creams on Magnolia Ave. for a fun Ice Cream Social.
This class is for adults ages 18 to 39 with a current or past cancer diagnosis. Each participant can bring one support person (family member or caregiver). Registration is required for each survivor and each support person.
